Mona Lisa began back in 1998 when Sheridan was just 21. Bendigo was lacking in a quality boutique, so the decision came naturally to open a clothing store – Mona Lisa by Sheridan was born. Bath lane was an obvious choice with it’s cafes and specialty shops creating a boutique quality feel. The philosophy for Mona Lisa was simple: create a place where Bendigo girls can find something beautiful to wear that is as good as you would find in our capital cities. .
Over the years the store has changed it’s look but our mission is still the same and that mission is to make you all look and feel fabulous.
We choose our labels carefully and always try to go with Australian made clothing and accessories where possible. When buying stock for Mona Lisa, we look closely at the way the clothes are constructed so that they last. We see that value becomes apparent if you can get a lot of use out of our clothing and feel fabulous whilst wearing it.
